As an employer of people across the state we will abide by NYC’s Earned Safe and Sick Leave Act.
Please note, we have been given all Support Staff PTO that covered the previous NYC Sick Leave Act, and now this Earned Safe and Sick Leave Act at the rate of one hour for every 30 hours they work as the regulations state since 2014.
This notice will be included in the new hire paperwork moving forward and is being distributed via email to all stakeholders and employees.
