The Portal will be down this evening, Tuesday, 04/08/25 from 10 PM to 11 PM while we upgrade the server.
The ISS Portal has been struggling lately due to load and the time has come to add some much needed resources to our server. We are very glad that so many of our users are accessing the Portal to do more and more and we apologize for any inconvenience this downtime may cause. Please note that this downtime is to add hardware resources to the server and not new features to the Portal.
While we wait for our maintenance window to arrive, if anyone experiences any errors, please try again later. As the load on the server shifts and resources become more available, you may be able to log in and do what you need. Alternatively, please wait to try until after 11 PM tonight when the upgrade is complete.
If you are staff and are unable to end or start a shift because of this downtime, please use the links below to edit your shift or create a forgotten (missed) shift.
