Our QA/CC program works to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all ISSNY program participants while detecting, preventing and avoiding fraud, waste, abuse and maintaining the philosophy of the Self-Direction Waiver Service Mode.
All ISSNY employees, contractors and volunteers are mandated reporters under the NYS OPWDD Part 624 and 625 regulation. Help us keep people safe.
Contact QA/CC when:
• You witnessed, or discovered an incident of abuse, neglect or mistreatment against a Participant (see OPWDD Incident Classifications list)
• You know or suspect something is not right
• You know or suspect billing fraud or abuse
• You know or suspect violation of the Federal and NYS False Claims Act, falsified documentation
• You have a question or seeking information regarding QA/CC
