The ISS Portal and Help Website are now back online and fully available for all services.
Our quick action to take the Portal down protected all our participant and user information and we appreciate your time and patience while we navigated the PHP vulnerability that affected millions of servers globally. We still have some work to do to update data to the Portal that would have occurred while we were offline and we appreciate your continued patience while we get that work done. We expect everything to be fully up to date and running on our regular schedule by early next week.
Instructions for Staff:
- Still clocked into a Shift: If you were clocked into a shift when the Portal went down, you will need to end that shift and edit it to match the times you actually worked. Please visit the help website at https://help.issny.org/books/etime/page/editing-start-and-end-times for information on how to do that.
- Submit a missed Shift: If you need to submit a “forgotten” shift to cover any time you worked while our Portal was down, please visit the help website at https://help.issny.org/books/etime/page/creating-and-submitting-a-forgotten-shift for information on how to do that.
If you experience any technical problems with the Portal, please email websupport@issny.org and provide us with the details of what you are experiencing so we can help you as quickly as we can.
