Please take a moment to make sure you have downloaded and saved the important documents that were recently released into your Learning Management System (LMS)
For COS Members:
Please remember to download, review and save a copy of your Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for your records. The MOU contains important information about your Self-Direction services and responsibilities, and downloading this is a requirement.
For DSPs:
Please remember to download, review and save a copy of the Independent Support Services, Inc. Employee Handbook for Self-Hired Support Staff. This handbook provides important information about policies, procedures, expectations, and resources related to your role as a DSP and downloading this is a requirement
The LMS can be found in your ISS Portal Account in the “My Learning” section. When downloading these, please be advised that you are required to download TWO documents: (1) The MOU/Handbook and (2) The Acknowledgement of Receipt. You will remain incomplete and out of compliance if only one of the documents is downloaded.
After downloading these documents, they can still always be found in your LMS under the “History” tab.
