Earlier this year, we provided a calendar outlining the final submission deadlines for Broker Invoices.
Due to recent changes in our payment policies, we are adjusting the submission timeline for the final three months of 2026. These changes are necessary to ensure timely payments and accurate billing to Medicaid.
Please carefully review the revised deadlines below:
- July 2026 billing must be submitted accurately and no later than October 11, 2026.
- August 2026 billing must be submitted no later than November 8, 2026.
- September 2026 billing must be submitted no later than December 6, 2026.
These deadlines are final and cannot be extended. To avoid delays in payment processing, please ensure all invoices are complete and accurate when submitted.
Once the details for the 2027 billing cycle have been finalized, we will communicate the updated submission deadlines. In the meantime, we strongly encourage providers to continue following best practice by submitting invoices monthly, within the month immediately following the services provided.
