The ISS Portal and Help Website are temporarily offline to protect all participant and user information. Late last night, we disabled these systems due to a widespread PHP vulnerability that affects millions of servers globally.
As always, the safety and protection of our participant and user information is foremost in our minds and we hate to have our Portal unavailable to you. We will be doing our best to get our servers updated, tested, and back online as soon as we can. We will send another announcement when that happens.
Instructions for Staff:
- Track your hours: Log your shift times and related expense information manually during the outage.
- Submit time later: Enter your manual records as a “forgotten shift” once Portal access is restored.
