On Friday, 01/16/26, one of the ISS Portal servers came down which affected our ability to send OTP (One Time Passcodes) and other functions. We have tested and confirmed all functions are back up and working as of approximately 1:45 PM.  If you were unable to log in at the start of your shift, you may use this helpful link https://help.issny.org/books/etime/page/creating-and-submitting-a-forgotten-shift to submit a missed shift.
