ISS is happy to announce the return of our Outstanding DSP Awards, which will be announced during DSP Recognition Week in September 2026.
Every day, Direct Support Professionals make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people they support. Now it’s your chance to recognize someone who goes above and beyond!
Our nomination forms for both the Outstanding DSP Award and the Outstanding DSP Team award can be found below. Please be aware that this year we will also be highlighting Job Coaches in our individual awards. If you know a DSP or a DSP team who consistently demonstrate compassion, professionalism, dedication, and a commitment to empowering others, we encourage you to submit a nomination.
Whether they’ve made a lasting impact on a participant, helped a family through a tough time, or continually go the extra mile, we want to hear their story. Help us celebrate the incredible work our DSPs do every day by taking a few moments to nominate someone deserving of this special recognition.
