Today, we’re launching ISS’ first publicly available AI tool, named Kelly. A resourceful, faster way to get answers to your questions 24/7!
Portal Kelly is designed to simplify your Self-Direction experience, whether you’re searching for information, looking for answers, or making decisions to provide the best outcomes for you and those you are supporting.
All Portal users have access to Kelly once they are logged in. Kelly is limited to answering questions from the ISS Help Website (https://help.issny.org/shelves/portal) in an effort to prevent fabricated answers some AI chat bots have been known to do.
