DSPs are an essential part of Independent Support Services and Self-Direction, and we would not be where we are today without you. From the big milestones to the everyday moments, the support you provide has a lasting impact and is appreciated every single day.
Being a DSP takes dedication, patience, compassion, creativity, and commitment. You wear many hats and often go above and beyond to make sure the people you support have the opportunities, experiences, and independence they deserve.
