Open Enrollment for our Dental and Vision Plan is here.
If you are a full-time Self-Hired Support Staff and work at least 30 hours regularly per week, you are eligible for the Agency’s dental and vision insurance.
I am happy to announce that we are staying with Aetna Dental and VSP Vision with no increase.
Below are the rates for Dental and Vision:

If you are currently enrolled and do not wish to make any changes, no action is required.
If you would like to make changes or enroll, please complete the applicable enrollment form(s) attached and submit them to benefits@issny.org by October 23rd, 2026.
