The ISS Portal and Help Website are expected to be back online sometime tomorrow. There is a chance that we will be able to get them back online late tonight, but we cannot guarantee that.
As a reminder, we took the ISS Portal and Help Website offline late last night to protect all participant and user information as a result of a widespread PHP vulnerability that affects millions of servers globally.
Instructions for Staff:
- Track your hours: Log your shift times and related expense information manually during the outage.
- Submit time later: Enter your manual records as a “forgotten shift” once Portal access is restored.
