We know that the process of completing forms, collecting documentation, and uploading expenses can sometimes get a bit overwhelming. Over the next few weeks, we will be sending you bite-sized emails with helpful hints and reminders to hopefully make the reimbursement process smoother and easier! Please take a look, and keep an eye out for future emails coming your way throughout the month.

  • Updated fillable copies of all forms (with samples to reference) are located at
  • Make sure to save your originals! We recommend saving a copy of any forms and/or receipts submitted at least until you have received the reimbursement.
  • Please reach out to if you cannot find the participant on your portal. Do not upload documents under someone else.
  • Ensure that you sign all documents before submitting. Signatures must be either certified digital signatures (which include a date and time stamp) or physical signatures. Don’t forget to date!
