If you have shifts with time overlaps, you will need to approve the override to have the shifts submitted. In order to start, you’ll need to go to the ISS Portal website and login: https://portal.issny.org/
- Go to the shift that requires attention
- Expand the “Shift Exceptions” section by clicking on the “+” at the right of the section
- Click on “Review Overlap” and review the information on the shifts
- Please note, clicking “Review Overlap” will open a new window.
- If the information is correct, return to the shift and click on the grey check mark. Once approved, it will turn green.
- Provide the Reason and Description then proceed with approving the shift for ISS Processing.
