At this time we are experiencing an issue with One Time Pass codes being sent by text to access our portal. However, having them sent to you by email is working. If your preference upon log in is to have the one time passcode sent by a text you will need to change this to get it by an email. In order to change your preference from text to email at login you just need to click on the link that states Email the Code. Below is a snapshot of what you will see upon logging in to change the preference to email.
Please note this is not an ISS portal issue, this is an issue with Amazon’s SNS service which is the provider that issues the codes. Currently this is a nationwide issue and Amazon is aware of it and trying to fix it. We will let you know when the issue is resolved.
