Independent Support Services is in the process of rolling out a change in our fringe rate for all Self Hired Staff working throughout New York State. This new fringe rate will become effective August 1, 2021 for all full and part time self-hired staff.
The fringe rate for all Full and Part Time Self-Hired Staff will be 24%.
Please work with your Broker to amend your budget if necessary.
We are requesting your Support Broker submit your budget to review@issny.org as soon as possible, including the new fringe rate for Full/Part Time Self-Hired staff of 24%. Your Primary Contact, Broker, and Self Direction Coordinator are also included on this email in order to assist you with making this change.
