Hello Payroll Paid Staff!
As you are aware, at the first of the year each year the PTO balances reset and 24 hours worth of PTO time will roll over into the new year. Any time beyond 24 hours on January 1st will be lost. This is a reminder to check your PTO balance on your most recent UKG paystub and plan accordingly with your participant and their COS to use your time so it does not get lost with the roll over.
If you have never logged on to UKG before please see the instructions below. You should be logging on every two weeks to view your paystub. If you have logged on before but you are locked out from entering incorrect password, please reply to request a reset.

Current Password: Default is your birthday with no slashes in this format: MMDDYYYY – Example: 06261983
Password Creation: Once you log in you will have to create a new password and answer security questions.
*Tip: UKG password requirements are extensive, including a minimum of 15 characters, so keep an eye on those requirements as you create your password!
Once you follow the instructions to create a new password, be sure keep your password in a safe place for future use.
