We have released the 2026 Payroll Schedule and Calendar found on the ISS Website at issny.org/departments/payroll.
As the year comes to a close we want to remind all payroll paid employees that your W2 will be available online in UKG and also mailed to you by 1/31/2026. You do not need to request it, this will be automatic.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you received disability payments in the 2025 calendar year, DO NOT file your taxes with the W2 alone. Please wait to receive a W2-C from us to avoid having to refile and pay a penalty. If this applies to you, you will receive a separate email from the Payroll Department by 1/15/2026 with more details.
