Hello Payroll Paid Staff!

As you are aware, at the first of the year each year the PTO balances reset, and 24 hours’ worth of PTO time will roll over into the new year. Any time beyond 24 hours on January 1st will be lost. This is a reminder to check your PTO balance on your most recent UKG paystub and plan accordingly with your participant and their COS to use your time so it does not get lost with the roll over.

For users who have never logged into their UKG accounts:

Default Password: Default is your birthday with no slashes in this format: MMDDYYYY
Example: 06261983

For users who have logged into UKG accounts, but do not recall their password:
Click the “Forgot Your Password” button and the system will manually walk you through resetting your password

Creation: Once you log in you will have to create a new password and answer
security questions.

Once you follow the instructions to create a new password, be sure to keep your password in a safe place for future use.
