We are aware of an issue with One Time Passcodes (OTP) not being delivered via text message, or arriving very delayed when using Etime. At this time, we do not know if this is an Amazon Web Services or cell phone provider issue. We are working on the problem and will let you know as soon as it is resolved.

Do not repeatedly request OTPs via text as that will only delay all of them further. OTP codes via email are working without issue.
