Re:  PTO Rollover and Review Personal Information

As we enter the 4th quarter of the year we want to remind all payroll paid employees to log on to your UKG to check the following:

  1. Your personal information to verify that it is completely accurate.  This includes but is not limited to:
  2. Name spelling or name changes that occurred during the year.
  3. Social Security number
  4. Mailing Address
  5. Phone number & E-mail address
  6. Tax Information

If any of the information in your profile is incorrect or incomplete please email HR@issny.org immediately to have it updated.

  • Your PTO balance.  As you should be aware, only 24 hours’ worth of PTO time will roll over into the new year.  Any time beyond 24 hours on January 1st will be lost.  Please check your PTO balance on your most recent UKG paystub and plan accordingly with your participants and their COS to use time.
